We ship worldwide through Fedex for items over $750 and through Thailand Postal for items below that. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method please let us know.

Shipments over $500 are fully-insured and require a signature confirmation.For orders below $500 please contact us if you need your shipment to be insured.

Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved and your shipping address is verified.

Your shipping address must be on file with your credit card company if different from the billing address.

How do I place an order ?

How can I pay for my order ?

We accept visa and mastercard . You can checkout and pay with your credit card online. We also accept Paypal as a payment option. Alternatively you can also call us and get our bank details if you wish to make a direct bank transfer.

How long before I get my order ?

Most of our products are custom manufactured. Our products usually ship between within 5-7 business days after receving the order.If you are in Thailand, you should receive your product within 2 days of shipment. If you are ovrseas, it may take anywhere from 3-5 business days.

Do you offer a certificate of guarantee?

All our products come with a certificate of lifetime guarantee for authenticity. The certificate also lists all details of the products. If your product has a certified diamond, then it will come with an additional certificate of the third party laboratary which has certified the diamond like GIA or IGI.

Do you provide after care ?

If your product is looking worn down and needs a bit of sprucing up, you can definately send it to us or bring in the product to our showroom. Depending on the type of care involved, the service may be free of charge or have a minimal cost for any repairs which may be needed.

We do ship to most countries of the world. We ship using Fedex as our delivery partner. If you have any questions on whether we can ship to your country, please contact us.
